 Beth brings her natural leadership and branding expertise to the dual role of President and Director of Marketing. As a visionary entrepreneur and host of Reel Life with BethNaz, she leads the chapter with clarity and authenticity—always focused on making an impact. Beth uses her marketing savvy and "Do It & Prove It" mindset to amplify NSA Houston’s presence while empowering members to find their unique voice.


Megan Billoske

As Past President, Megan continues to be a steady hand and strategic sounding board for the board and members alike. Her experience in developing thousands of leaders globally allows her to offer mentorship, guidance, and continuity to the chapter as it grows. Megan’s calm confidence and belief in servant leadership make her an invaluable resource in transition and long-term planning.


Deborah DeRouen

(Director of Membership)


Deborah thrives in her role as Membership Director because she genuinely loves people and connection. With over 20 years in sales and a deep network in the multifamily industry, she brings unmatched energy to onboarding, welcoming, and supporting members. Her mission? To make every speaker, coach, or trainer who joins NSA Houston feel like they’ve found their people.


Jordache Johnson

(Treasurer)


In his role as Treasurer, Jordache applies his systems thinking and forward-focused mindset to ensure NSA Houston’s finances align with long-term growth. As an AI strategist and consultant, he brings a tech-savvy, future-ready lens to financial planning—balancing innovation with sustainability. His goal? To help the chapter run efficiently and scale smart.
