What’s the difference between a keynote and a training program? What’s the difference between delivering a one-time training program and becoming an organization’s learning partner? If you’re interested in learning how you can make a difference within your client organizations with high-performance training, then this workshop is for you. Jill provides a four-step plan to ensuring that the training you create and deliver provides transformational change that is relevant and sustainable throughout an employee’s life cycle within an organization.

  1. Start with the end in mind.
  2. Make training relevant for attendees.
  3. Make training “sticky.”
  4. Make accountability part of the training plan.

Who Should Attend?

  • Experienced trainers who want to see lasting results from their training efforts!
  • Keynoters who want to learn critical elements of training programs.
  • Speakers who want to learn how to expand their effectiveness within client organizations.

Opening her consulting practice in 1998, Jill’s business zoomed as a result of client referrals from both the public and private sectors, from small start-up firms to Fortune 500 companies, including those in manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and business services.
