Sponsorship Agreement

* This agreement is valid for the sponsorship type, level, and time period identified in this application and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

* Company deliverables per sponsorship level benefit option (ie: company logo, email announcement, video) must be proof-ready for immediate execution and provided within 10 days of invoice receipt or a minimum of 30 days prior to execution of each benefit.

* Once the application has been approved, an invoice equal to the amount listed in the sponsorship level and type will be emailed to the company contact listed above. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Non-payment is forfeiture of sponsor benefits.
